DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintaining HR information system by regularly collecting and updating personnel information using ERP System (Microsoft Business Central - Dynamics 365)
• Carrying out performance appraisals, analyzing data and generation of reports to the Management Board for decision making in the University
• Representing the University’s Administrative Division in target setting, negotiation and vetting in Performance Contracting with the Ministry of Education.
• Compiling reports on the Complaints handled and requests for information and their statuses to the Commission on Administrative Justice (CAJ) – Office of the Ombudsman.
• Reviewing and monitoring attendance records of staff by ensuring that time attendance registers are consistent with Payroll records
• Updating monthly staff statistics and other reports related to staff data and training reports.
