• Maintaining telecommunication system/ Telephone Operator receive and
Transfer calls efficiently.
• Welcome Patients when they first arrive and assist them to find their way
through the facility.
• Patient’s registration and ensuring effective client flow
• Arrange doctor’s appointments prompt communication with doctors on booked patients to optimize patients flow.
• Ensuring safety and security of the office and Centre resources while on duty.
• Ordering, receiving and stocking of office supplies.
• Accept payments for service issue receipts and file accordingly.
• Billing and submission of Insurance claims promptly.
• Handle preauthorization processes for insurance patients
