Experience:
I am a psychologist and fitness professional with a multidisciplinary background in mental health and physical wellness. Since 2019, I’ve been working as a freelance online psychologist, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients while applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychoanalytic techniques to address challenges like anxiety, low self-confidence, and negative thought patterns. I also worked as a fitness instructor at Middle East Technical University, where I helped clients reach goals such as fat loss and muscle gain, ensuring proper form and encouraging long-term healthy habits. Earlier in my career, I completed an internship at Ekip Norma Razon Counseling Center, gaining hands-on experience in child and adolescent therapy. In addition, I’ve volunteered across Italy, North Macedonia, and Poland through the European Solidarity Corps and AIESEC, organizing educational workshops, youth activities, and intercultural events that reflect my commitment to community engagement and personal development.
Education:
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Middle East Technical University, where I graduated with a GPA of 3.31. I also completed all coursework for a Master's degree in Physical Education and Sports at the same university with a 4.0 GPA, though I did not obtain the diploma due to not completing the thesis. Additionally, I studied Exercise and Sport Psychology as a special student at Marmara University, further deepening my understanding of the psychological aspects of athletic performance.
Skills:
I’m skilled in psychotherapy,
personal training, mental health support, fitness coaching, and youth education. I’m fluent in English, comfortable in multicultural settings, and experienced in both online and in-person work.
