Accounting & Finance – Ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, invoice processing, GST & tax documentation.
Software Proficiency – Tally Prime Gold, MS Excel (advanced functions), MS Word.
Inventory & Stock Management – Stock entry, physical verification, reorder level tracking, dispatch & receiving.
Reporting – Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Documentation – Maintaining accurate financial and warehouse records.
Team Collaboration – Coordinating between accounts, sales, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Problem-Solving – Handling discrepancies in accounts and stock records efficiently.
Additionally:
Strong work ethic and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
Flexible to work in both office and warehouse environments.
Quick learner with adaptability to new software and processes.
Good communication skills in English, Malayalam, Hindi (and other languages you know).
