Bachelor running in BE.civil, Trekking guide Training ( license holder )

Physical Fitness & Endurance – Able to work long hours in physically demanding conditions (trekking experience).

Teamwork – Able to work collaboratively with colleagues in challenging situations.
Customer Interaction – Guided international tourists, ensuring satisfaction and safety.
Attention to Detail – Managed trekking equipment, site operations, and safety procedures.
Quick Learner – Willing to undergo training for Arctic environment, kitchen hygiene, and safety standards.
Time Management – Efficiently handled schedules, logistics, and task prioritization.
Problem Solving – Experienced in making quick decisions in emergencies during treks.
Communication Skills – Fluent in English, Nepali, and Hindi, able to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
Basic Technical Skills – Familiarity with equipment handling, logistics, and structured workflow from engineering experience.

Ready to relocate and live in Svalbard for seasonal work.
Physically fit and able to work in extreme Arctic conditions.

Valid passport for international travel.
