(6 months internship)The first few days of internship went on observing what is going inside the
kitchen and how a restaurant works and coordinates.
➢ Then started with the mise-en-place and after one month got to do plating,
preparing dishes.
➢ At first, I was in Entree and later got moved to bakery. Got to learn a lot from
my chefs, and very proud to say that going from India and making a signature
dish there which they kept in the menu was a huge thing. Overall, I got a good
exposure during my 6 months of internship.
