Duties & Responsibilities: Nkhanga Essential Support Services: Safety, Health and Environment Officer  In charge of the implementation of the S.H.E. system  Prepare various reports, documents and forms.  Carry out inspections of workplaces and takes appropriate action to ensure compliance.  Respond to and investigates concerns and complaints from workers/employers and takes appropriate action.  Investigate accidents and injuries that occur in the workplace.  Responsible for the establishment of, and monitors the performance of, workplace safety and health committees.  Participate in the delivery of related educational programs and disseminates information to the staff and/or public.  Conduct and/or organize training of staff in Fire Fighting, First Aid and Food Safety.
