Duties & Responsibilities:
Nkhanga Essential Support Services: Safety, Health and Environment Officer
In charge of the implementation of the S.H.E. system
Prepare various reports, documents and forms.
Carry out inspections of workplaces and takes appropriate action to ensure compliance.
Respond to and investigates concerns and complaints from workers/employers and takes appropriate action.
Investigate accidents and injuries that occur in the workplace.
Responsible for the establishment of, and monitors the performance of, workplace safety and health committees.
Participate in the delivery of related educational programs and disseminates information to the staff and/or public.
Conduct and/or organize training of staff in Fire Fighting, First Aid and Food Safety.
Kasasa Private School: French and ICT Teacher
Prepare and deliver lessons and assessments to pupils of standards 3 to 6
Train fellow teachers and employees in IT knowledge and internet usage
Undertake maintenance of faulty IT equipment
Assist in the design of various forms and templates needed at the school.

Gold Of Africa Museum: Tour Manager
RECEPTION:
Opening and closing procedures.
Control and maintenance of the POS / software and speed point systems
Handle all queries pertaining to the museum
Cash recording and reconciliation on a daily basis.
EXHIBITION/TOUR GUIDE
Maintenance of exhibition areas – lighting, sound, air conditioning and display cases
In conjunction with the education consultant, gave school tours; providing learners with the history, background and information on the collection as part of the school program.
Host any group tours and functions/events held at the museum or in the city.
SECURITY
Liaison with security personnel
Maintenance for smooth and efficient running of security system and procedures.
Report all security issues and requirements to museum manager.
Responsible for ensuring correct procedures are followed with regards to locking and unlocking of the museum.
Be responsible for Sunday change of Guard.
Attend to any query from the control board of the security company.
MAINTENANCE
Identify any repairs and service issues on the daily basis.
Ensure correct procedures are followed with regards to repairs and services requirements.
GENERAL
In the absence of the Museum Manager, be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the museum.
Be responsible for activities and events held at the museum and where necessary, assist colleagues in their respective areas and duties at the museum.
AFRICA CAFÉ: ASSISTANT – MANAGER
BEFORE OPENING
Make the sitting plan according to the bookings for Dinner.
Ensure that all the Dinning rooms are properly set before the arrival of the guests
Allocating waiting staff to their respective rooms.
Make sure that the Kitchen and Bar are set and ready and have enough provisions for the night.
DURING THE EVENING
Ensure a smooth running of the service.
Interact with the guests and make sure they are happy and enjoying themselves.
Assist new recruits with their tables and guide them.
Get orders from the waiting staff and pass them to the Chef.
Ensure a smooth beverages and food service.
Assist in the bar or kitchen whenever needed.
AFTER DINNER
Process all Credit Cards payments on the speed points machines.
Cash recording and reconciliation, then putting money in the safe.
Make sure the restaurant is completely clean, then take care of the closing procedure and set the Alarm.
GENERAL
Train new recruits on Customer Service and general serving procedure of meal and beverages.
Maintain and operate the audio system and the lighting on a daily basis.
HORIZON PC: TECHNICIAN
Building and setting of news computers.
Service and repairs of computers, electrical and electronics appliances and cell phones.
Supervise the site Internet Café.
AFRIQUE CANDLES: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Sells of designer’s candles.
Customers’ liaison.
Handling of queries pertaining to the shop.
Recording of orders and addresses for shipping.
