Experience:
I worked as an Intern Kitchen Assistant at Drosthoph Tourism Academy in Arusha, Tanzania from November 2023 to February 2024. My duties included dishwashing, helping with basic food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring hygiene standards were met.
Education:
I earned a Certificate in Hotel Management and Coffee Making at Drosthoph Tourism Academy, Arusha, Tanzania from November 2023 to February 2024. I completed the course with a grade B.
Skills:
I have skills in dishwashing, laundry handling, kitchen hygiene and safety, teamwork, time management, and basic cooking.
Additionally:
I am willing to relocate and work flexible shifts. I am eager to gain international experience. I hold Tanzanian citizenship, have a valid passport, and speak Kiswahili (native), English (good), and German (basic – currently learning).
