Experience:
In my role as a Bank Clerk, I was responsible for providing comprehensive customer service, and processing bank transactions.
Driver’s License Department:
In the Driver’s License Department, my focus was also on customer advising and handling inquiries regarding driver’s license applications and renewals. I ensured that all processes were completed accurately and in a customer-oriented manner, providing clear guidance to applicants and supporting them throughout the process.
Education:
I completed the Higher Education Entrance Qualification (Fachabitur) from 09/2016 to 07/2018. This program prepared me for higher education at a University of Applied Sciences and included practical experience. Prior to that, I graduated with a Secondary School Qualification (Realschulabschluss) in 07/2016, where I built a strong foundation in [e.g., mathematics, languages].
