Roles & Responsibilities includes the following: Roles & Responsibilities:  Efficiently execute maintenance planning utilizing the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), schedule work orders, assigned priorities, and ensure on-time closeout.  Lead the execution of preventive & corrective maintenance, overhauls, and extraordinary maintenances on 2.5 MW Waukesha Gas Powered Generators (03 Units), 1.6 MW CAT Gas Powered Generator (03 Units), 1 MW & 292KW Caterpillar Diesel Powered Generators (02 Units)  Efficiently execute and supervise preventive & corrective maintenance on 6.6KV MV and 415V LV Schneider Electric Switchgears (MCset 17.5KV & BLOCKSET Series), 415V ABB LV Switchgear (SACE Series), 2.5 MVA & 1.5 MVA ABB Power Distribution Transformers, 150 KVA & 300 KVA ABB Dry Type Isolation Transformers  Maintain optimum operation and performance of GUTOR 30KVA, 40 KVA & 80KVA AC UPS and 10KW & 35KVA DC UPS system  Oversee the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and modification of PV-solar power systems and battery banks installed across all 25 remote wellhead sites, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.  Ensure and strictly comply to electrical LOTOTO (Lock Out- Tag Out- Try Out) procedure for Electrical Isolations. Ensure effective monitoring and thermography of Motors, Generators, Transformers and LV/MV switchgears as per plan. Responsible for troubleshooting of power plants, substations and overhead Transmission lines.  Ensure 100% compliance of health and safety standards (HSSE) & permit to work system.  Conduct HAZOP and value-engineering studies to guarantee the safety, performance, and reliability of equipment.  Steer weekly/monthly HSE safety audits ensure close out of open punch points identified as hazards.  Evaluate vendor proposals & design documents as per the specifications laid out in the RFP document and engineering codes ensuring compliance to the highest of safety standards and design criteria.  Ensure availability of updated maintenance history/documents/drawings for fast consultation.  Carry out root cause analysis (RCA) of repeated & recurrent failures on plant equipment & execute corrective actions/modifications.  Review, monitor, and update maintenance plans of equipment. Evaluate technological up-gradation of outdated equipment and shared recommendations for onward implementation.  Complete periodic revision of SOPs, electrical maintenance codes of practices, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with safe working conditions and technical excellence.  Implement process safety and risk management objectives by practicing it through participation in Management of Change (MOC), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR).  Develop scope of work, budget allocation plan, selection, and sizing, ordering of material, execution, and timely closeout details. Compile and submit reports for all in-house projects.  Ensure all electrical tasks and maintenance processes are in line with company's standard considering safety and environmental best practices.  Inspect the work done by the contractor to ascertain that work is executed in accordance with the Contract Documents and accepted practice.
