Experience:
I’ve built my experience across both customer service and corporate roles. I started out working as a receptionist in Germany and later as a waitress in Budapest, where I learned how to handle fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and solve problems on the spot. As an assistant manager, I took on more responsibility with training, inventory, and daily operations. Now, at Citibank, I work in Global Identity and Access Management, where I focus on access rights, compliance, and improving security processes.
