Working in Nairobi sports house company as store assistant in various fields: 1. Packing department for two years, 2. Picking of goods for orders from store for two years, 3. Labeling and checking of goods in conjunction with the Oder processing documents such as verifying if the item is correct as per the document also if the item is in good condition, 4. Receiving of goods such as orders from store’s, goods from suppliers, receiving of returns ie from customers such as supermarkets also receiving customers complaints regarding the goods purchased, facilitating refunds and exchange of items returns with complaints also ensuring credit notes are done and receiving goods from godown into storage as well keeping stock of reject items
