My main objective is to ensure maximum productivity by implementing effective leadershipamong the members of my team which will enable us to contribute towards attainment ofcorporate goals. In order to do this, I will see to it that service personnel are hired withadequate qualification, given optimum training and assigned tasks fit for their abilities. I alsoaim to impart my expertise in maintenance and monitoring of equipment, systems,processes, and individual and team performance as well as providing modificationswhenever necessary.
