Experience:
I currently work as a housekeeper in Zambia at an organization called Samaritan Heart Initiative from march 2022 to date. The organization has office facilities, conference hall and guest rooms. My duties are to Clean, vacuum, mop and polish all office areas, guest rooms, washrooms, empty garbage containers, sweep and clear entrance ways as required. Further more i Collect, sort, and process dirty linens and towels for laundry, and replenish clean linens and towels in guest rooms.
Additionally i have previously worked for other organizations in duties such as office tasks, correspondence and customer service.
Education:
Completed hospitality and laundry courses in 2025. In 2022 Aquired certification in courses such as Health and Safety, First AID/ CPR, Basic Life Support and Adult Safeguarding.
In 2014 i completed a diploma in Project Management.
