Trainee Internship in Production department (June 2021 – August 2021) MOL Pakistan OIL and GAS Co. B.V. ‐ Karak, KPK, Pakistan Performed various Preventive, Corrective Maintenance tasks and any other tasks assigned by Supervisor. Performed the following tasks during internship.  Installation of isolation valves at the inlet of scrubbers and separators.  Replacement of molecular sieves in dehydration beds  Preventive maintenance of Expander/compressor coolers, regeneration gas coolers, NGL coolers and various other coolers.  Inspection of hot oil heaters along with inner and nested coils.  Testing, calibration and/or replacement of various PSV’s at CPF.  Installation of FIT on common discharge line for measurement of flash gases.  Rectification of leakage from head‐end flange of regeneration gas heater. Lecturer at Technical College (June 2018 – March 2020) Al Asar Institute of Technology, Kohat, KPK, Pakistan  Instructed students in introductory and intermediate level communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).  Technical writing & understanding the importance of effective technical communication.  Provided introductory and intermediate courses on 3d modeling in CREO Parametric. Performed the following tasks during internship.  Inspection and maintenance tasks on various centrifugal pumps, piping systems.  Repairing tasks which included disassembly and assembly of a centrifugal pump and valves.  Worked with technicians performing installation of mass spectrometer.  Participation in carrying out major tasks during ATA.  Performed emergency drills to simulate real time scenarios as part of internship.
