Diagnosing and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical
issues using testing and measuring instruments.
Installing and maintaining electric motors, with expertise in
configuring Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for optimized
performance and energy efficiency.
Conduct preventive, scheduled and non-scheduled
maintenance activities.
Adherence to IEE regulations, OSHA, electrical codes and
factory guidelines to ensure safety before and after work.
Performing LOTO (lock out tag out) programme to carry out
electrical work.
Performing machine settings, operating and monitoring both
automated and non-automated machines.
Calibrating machines to maximize efficiency of production.
Completing a detailed handover report at the end of their
shift to brief the incoming operator on the status of the
machine, any ongoing issues and tasks that need to be
followed up on.
Preparing reports, documenting and maintaining service and
operation records and files.
