Production Engineer • Planned and executed production optimization across Kunnar Oil field by directing conversion of ALS from jet-pump to ESP systems, gas injection for reservoir pressure maintenance, choke play and water shut offs. • Designed and executed deliverability restoration jobs including matrix acidizing, N₂ lift, and post-stimulation cleanup, tubing and wellbore cleanout and chemical injection to restore deferred production. • Performed PLT, BHPT, and gradient data to identify inflow bottlenecks, cross flow, zonal contribution, flow regimes and pressure communication anomalies. • Supervised coiled-tubing and slickline-based cleanup operations, fishing, and obstruction removal to restore wellbore integrity and deliverability. • Led root-cause investigations on integrity-related production losses; implemented RCA-based workover programs addressing pressure equalisation/drop, skin, corrosion, scaling, tubing failure, communication. • Coordinated with contractors and field crews to ensure safe execution, cost efficiency, and timely job closure in compliance with O&M objectives. • Supported Management of Change (MOC) documentation and integrated findings into production optimization plans by commissioning on-site remote production, storage, disposal and dispatch facility of well Nim East-01. • Delivered training sessions in accordance with HSE monitoring plan & yearly KPIs to young engineers, interns and staff supervisors on well control, production optimization, RCM, field operations and tank battery handling. • Prepared post-job technical evaluations and SOP refinements under PDCA learning loop. • Led multiple workovers as a P.E. of shallow oil (2000 M) and deep gas condensate wells (3300 M) • Completed 07 Nos. single string permanent packer completions, 04 Nos. ESP well completions & 02 Nos. jetpump well completions. • Carried out DSTs on multiple wells (both exploratory & development) • Supervised multiple coiled tubing jobs like N2 kickoff, matrix acidization, perforation wash, frac job, fishing job, milling job, etc. • Supervised numerous wireline jobs including perforation, FAF & modified isochronal tests, packer setting, zonal isolation & water shutoff, history matching, logging (PLTs, noise, FPIT, RCT/power cutter, CBL-VDL-GR-CCL, US tubing logs,) etc. • Led multiple slickline jobs including BHPT & gradient survey, fishing job, sample collection jobs, LIB jobs, standing valve retrieval jobs, gauge run for modified isochronal testing, & running of A-stops, tubing plugs, mechanical punch perforator (tubing), hold open sleeve for SSSV, etc. • Carried out 03 Nos. P&A jobs including 01 No. permanent abandonment of deep gas condensate well due to wellhead subsidence, 01 No. temporary suspension on an exploratory well (discovery declared) due to ESP unavailability & 01 No. temporary suspension of a deep gas condensate well for sidetracking of sand filled gravel pack completion by higher capacity drilling rig. • Managed production surface facilities including flowlines (pigging, PT, tie-ins, leakages, gadget removal, etc.) front-end compressor (Ariel Gas JGT-II), ESP VSDs, jetpump surface units, desalter, gun barrels, storage tanks, chemical injection pumps, telemetry & SCADA installations (PCVs, ESDs, hi-lo pilots, ESD panel, RTUs, etc.). • Monitored well through two & three-phase separators (orifice meter (G), turbine flow meter (L)) • Collected samples from test separator for PVT analysis • Managed crude dispatch and sampling operations including tank/production preparation for dispatch, bowzer entry, parking, filling and dispatch protocols, ensuring adequate measurement by dip (volumetric), by weight (weighbridge) and by mass (coriolis meter) • Drafted multiple SOPs for operational efficiency • Prepared daily production reports, well intervention reports, monthly reports, etc. • Participated in 03 Nos. plant ATAs involving well shut-in, depressurization, X-mass tree valve replacement, safe well injection, PT, etc.) & JMCs of wellsite & sales gas FCs & moisture analyzer.
