Experience:
My core work experience is as a Junior Architect at Delhi, where I worked from May to November 2025. In this role, I was trusted to lead and support several diverse projects, including a commercial G+1 building, an IT office interior, resort master planning, and housing, primarily using Revit as the central design and documentation tool.
On the office interior project in Sonipat, I began with concept development and 3D modeling in Rhino, then shifted to detailed technical documentation in Revit using point cloud scans and accurate site measurements, while also coordinating with vendors and tracking site progress. For a resort project in Marchula, Uttarakhand, I executed detailed 3D modeling, prepared a Digital Twin for a data-focused client, and ensured all drawings complied with state bylaws and local regulations.
I also independently handled design and GFC documentation for an IT building, along with BOQs and material/vendor coordination, which gave me exposure to project finances and logistics. Additionally, I worked on an adaptive reuse project converting a farm store room into a dialysis centre, focusing on functional healthcare planning and complete Revit documentation.
Skills:
My core skills are a mix of strong design software proficiency and solid teamwork and management capabilities. Technically, I work confidently with Autodesk Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Affinity, Photoshop, Twinmotion, V-Ray and InDesign for design, visualization and documentation. These tools help me handle everything from concept modeling to detailed GFC drawings and realistic presentations.
On the soft skills side, I focus a lot on clear communication, teamwork and collaboration, creative problem-solving and time management. Through my internship and academic projects, I have also built skills in project management, site management, vendor coordination and leadership, along with a good sense of aesthetics and design sensibility, which helps me balance functionality and visual quality in projects.
