Joined Zilha Parishad as a Costing Engineer.
From March 2016 started working for PSU, Private and Cooperative Banks as An
Investment Adviser / Panel Valuer for Technical Viability, Project Funding and
consulting technical analyst.
• Valuation of immovable property for mortgage purpose, distressed asset for
auction reserve value under SARFAESI act 2002.,IBC
• Vetting of legal documents related to legality of asset under valuation, convey
findings to Financial Creditors.
• In depth and sound knowledge of micro real-estate market and statutory
compliances needed.
• Maintaining data base of Real Estate Sale as well as rental Instances/
transaction.

Successfully completed International Valuation Standards (IVS) specialised course.
RICS certified commercial property Valuer.
