Experience:
I have experience in several guest- and service-focused roles, including work in retail, reception, and coordination. I’ve handled customer service, high-volume environments, administrative tasks, and day-to-day operations. I also worked in data analysis and controlling, and volunteered for several years as a coach, which strengthened my communication and people skills.
Education:
I am currently completing my final year of my Ergotherapy degree, including a parallel Bachelor’s program focusing on communication and client-centered practice. My studies have strengthened my ability to work with people, stay organized, and remain attentive in dynamic environments. I also completed a summer course at Aarhus University on advanced nonverbal communication, further developing my interpersonal and observational skills.
