Following up with suppliers for material
Preparing stock statements. Implementing systems of inventory management for avoiding over-stocking or wastage Maintain records of ordered material and received
Preparing the MIS - Shortage report, stock statement, manpower cost report, GRN pending summary
Preparing shortage report & sending to all the buyers
