6 years of Experience as a CNC Lathe & Turning 2 Axis Operator (Fanuc Control)
Skills:
2-D Programming in CNC Turning HTL
• Familiar i n special threads in Drill-Quip standards used for connectors.
• Familiar in common threads, LH/RH square thread Buttress thread, Acme thread
etc.
• Knowledge in Oil & Gas Parts and API requirements (API-17D & PSL Spec).
• Experienced in handling critical components, eg. Wellhead housing, Causing
hangers, etc.
• Set u p the parts i n various types of turning machine.
• Perform the setting and approve the First article parts.
• Work with R & D dept. And support to manufacture the fixtures.
• Provide continuous support t o teamwork.
• Work with project team and do the modification jobs for Function test Fixture.
• Good Interpretation o f Engineering drawings and tooling.
• Maintain the 5S i n working place and ensure the safe workmanship.
• Machine Operation: Operate CNC lathes, monitor machine operations, and make
adjustments to machine settings as necessary to achieve optimal machining results
and ensure product quality.
• Machine Setup: Set up CNC lathe machines by installing fixtures, tooling, and raw
materials according t o job specifications and drawings.
• 70% of manual programming knowledge.
• Knowledge o f GD&T.
• Set up the parts in various types of turning machine.
• Perform the setting and approve the First article parts.
• Good Interpretation of Engineering drawings and tooling.
• Support for continuous improvement and zero rejection familiar in setting tooling
with proper inserts and the gauges.
• Maintain the 55 in working place and ensure the safe workmanship.
• Autocad and MasterCam knowledge
• Basic computer knowledge MS Excel and MS Word.
