Experience:
Coordinate and conduct various housing inspections to ensure compliance with Housing Standards and Safety Requirements. Arrange operational work such as cleaning, gardening and pool maintenance as required.
Education:
HND in Business Administration, IOSH Certificate in Safety- Managing Safely
Skills:
A strong leadership skills, team player & motivator. A fast learner and good organization and time management skills, ability to face challenges & to work under stress & multi-tasks.
Additionally:
Write and speak English language fluently, excellent communication skills, an organizer, achiever, flexible, adaptable, creative, excellent interpersonal relationship skills and knowledge of Computer, experience in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
