Regarding to F&B as i have experience in Qatar ten years already and i learn from hotels and restaurants as well i do have my job as brand manager handling 4 outlets as i Providing and following the outstanding training to the staff regarding the food and menu - full training to all the staff FOH & BOH regarding all the ingredients in the menu- Continuous communication and follow-up in the supplier and always find the supplier the best price and quality-Coordination among employees and solving their problems to increase their experience and a sense of comfort at work to be in a positive energy always-Coordinate and organize the restaurant store as always to keep updating for ever small details- following the standart of the company - Organizing employees by working schedule with full uniform of the restaurant- Always work on P&L to achieve success in the company and control the business rate-keep upgrading the marketing in the our branches to increase the numbers of our guest and increase the budget-Solution oriented, problem solver, high level of communication skills and well organized communication channels and system.
