Experienced Manager, CEO, and Business Owner with extensive background in hospitality and international trade. Managed and led a company specializing in import, export, and distribution of various consumer products supplied to major supermarket chains and pharmacies.
Over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry as Manager, General Manager, CEO, and Owner of restaurants. For more than 8 years I managed Equilibrium Restaurant, which received a Balkan recognition award as one of the best restaurants in North Macedonia. During that period, I also developed and launched the concept Equilibrium Day & Night in Royal Monet.
I successfully managed operations with more than 60 employees, overseeing daily business performance, staff management, and service quality. I also organized and managed numerous corporate events, official protocol events, and large concerts, coordinating performers and artists from across the Balkan region including Serbia, Croatia, and Montenegro.
Additionally, I created and developed the concept of “Macedonian-Greek Nights”, which became extremely successful and attracted many popular bands and singers from Greece. One of the major highlights was organizing a large concert with the well-known Greek singer Ivi Adamou, including a full VIP event experience with exclusive VIP guests and a specially designed VIP food menu.
