Supervise a team of 14 logistics staff in managing day-to-day activities
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transportation providers to ensure optimal cost, efficiency, and service quality.
Develop and implement strategies for route planning, reducing delivery times while reducing operational costs.

Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste and stock-outs.

WATSAN TECHNICIAN

MAY, JULY 2025 – NOVEMBER 2025.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
Supervised daily activities of 9 WATSAN agents
Prepare roster and daily work schedule for them
Prepare monthly internal request for WATSAN activities
Prepare monthly Sitrep and submit to my manager
Stand in as WATSAN supervisor in the hospital
Supervise the construction of four ceramic washing hand points
Ensure that the best quality materials were used
Ensuring there is adequate water supply in the hospital
Ensuring portable water is available in the wards for both patients, caregivers and the staff
Water trucking when the need arises
Carry out daily water testing; to ensure that the water used in the hospital meet every parameter
Weekly and monthly Servicing of the dosing pump
Disconnect, remove and store submersible pump
Weekly and monthly checks on the surface pump for effectiveness
Replace broken pipes
Replace faulty taps and valves in the hospital
Ensuring that the washing hand points are properly cleansed daily
Constantly making sure that the existing hand washing points are properly taking care of
Supervise all WATSAN related activities in the hospital
Supervise weekly and month deep cleaning of the toilets, windows, grease trap, and all the chambers in the hospital.
Ensuring that all Waste operators adhere to standard safety procedure when managing waste.
Participate in weekly and monthly WATSAN, Logistics and IPC meeting to bolster the hygienic condition of the hospital
Organized Retraining for the waste operators on waste measurement and recording to monitor quantity of waste generated daily in the hospital.
In collaboration with the IPC, implementation of good waste segregation, transportation and final disposal method
Dislodgement of toilet
Carry out deep cleaning in all the five (5) ATFCs
Disinfection of demolish refractory bricks
Carry out IRS in all the 5 ATFCs
Water Reticulation
Ensure that all ventilation pipes have screen to prevent the flies from gaining access out of the toilet pit
Supervise the planting of banana seedling on the site of the evapotranspiration system
