IELTS Teacher
I worked as an IELTS Instructor in the Philippines for approximately five to six years, teaching students from Russia, Vietnam, South Korea, China, and Taiwan. During this time, I handled various class formats, including one-on-one sessions focused on writing and speaking, small group classes of four students for reading, and larger groups of eight for listening.
In Vietnam, I taught high school students in classroom settings with 20 to 30 learners per class. This experience strengthened my skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and differentiated instruction. I ensured that students of varying proficiency levels progressed effectively, particularly by supporting lower-level learners while maintaining engagement among more advanced students.
I hold a Cambridge C1 certificate (C1 in most skills), with writing assessed at C2 level. My strong writing proficiency is supported by my extensive experience teaching IELTS Writing, as well as my background in article writing and ghostwriting.
With my extensive knowledge of IELTS and ESL instruction, I am confident in my ability to help students achieve their target scores. I am deeply passionate about teaching and take pride in seeing my students attain high IELTS results. In my previous center, I was considered a valuable asset and entrusted with higher-level teaching responsibilities.
