I am an experienced L2 Application / Technical Support Engineer with 2.11 years of experience
supporting business-critical applications in production environments. In my current role, I handle
production incidents, service requests, and change requests, ensuring system stability and high
availability while consistently meeting SLA commitments.
I regularly analyze real-time logs using Linux tools and PuTTY, troubleshoot issues at both the
application and database levels, and work closely with development teams to debug, test, and
deploy fixes. My responsibilities also include executing SQL queries for data validation and issue
resolution, performing root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents, and documenting recurring
issues to prevent future occurrences. I actively use Jira for incident, problem, and change
management, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to ensure faster resolution of
production issues.
In addition to my production support experience, I completed a 3-month internship as a Web
Developer, where I worked on backend development using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and
relational databases. During this period, I gained practical experience building backend services and
understanding microservices-based application architecture.
