Bringing off a Good decision at critical or emergency situations. Designing a structure of project with materials mechanical components . And analyzing the strength of structure like, (Stress, Strain, Displacement, Elongations) using by software. and then finalizing the perfect product to the process of manufacture. Estimating the materials for mass production and preparing Purchase Order for the materials. Update and Analyzing data sheet of Raw materials and Product stocks. Solving doubt for juniors on designing and working process. Providing training for junior to Grew-up them. Making a good relationship with workers and engaged them on team work. Preparing and managing documents like project summary, process planning, WPS, PQR, WQC, NDT certificate, Trace list, Purchase Order, and Stock List, Ect....... Preparing project document to get approval from the controling department like ADNOC HSE Team. Co-Ordinate with TPI service providers and maintenence team. Finding new supllaiers and TPI service providers to control the company cost.
