I have an experience in instrumentation which is calibration, loop checking , trouble shooting and commissioning activities includes as follows. ➢ Calibration , loop checking of HART & FF ( Foundation field bus )Transmitter such as like PT,DPT,TT, FT make of Rosemount, Yokogawa, Honeywell, Endress+Hauser (E+H) etc. ➢ Experience include with Cable Glanding and Termination. ➢ Done loop checking both Hot loop and cool loop ( Transmitter to DCS and DCS to control valve). ➢ Able to read P&ID and hook up drawing ESD Logic diagram, ladder diagram. ➢ Worked with Temperature elements like RTD, Thermocouple. ➢ Level measurement using DPT type LT ( Remote seal diaphragm type),Radar type LT, Leveltrol, Purge type LT, Magnetic float type etc. ➢ Calibration of all types of switches. ➢ Radar type level transmitter make of Rosemount 5300,Krohne BM 702. ➢ DPT Make of rosemount 3051 for level and flow measurement. ➢ Magnetic flow meters make of rosemount 8712 HART SMART. ➢ Calibration I to P converter make of fisher, rosemount and ABB. ➢ Experience include with fluke 725 multifunction process calibrator. ➢ Pressure calibration using hydraulic pump MECP 10K. ➢ Basic knowledge for PLC And SCADA.(TRICONEC,ABB,EMERSON) ➢ THE PLC/DCS TECHNICIAN ,INSTALLATION ,INSPECTS,REPAIR,REPLACE,MAINTAINS AND ADJUSTS ALL ASPECTS OF DCS INCLUDING I/O,HMI/PLC INTERFACES INCLUDING FIBER OPTIC GATEWAY AND NETWORK. ➢ Familiar with calibrator apparatus of HART Commutator 375 & 475, SMART Field commutator, fluke make digital multimeter, dead weight tester , druke calibrator (DPI 620),Pneumatic hand pump etc. ➢ • Read and understand schematics & G.A. drawings for panels, switchgear, and instrumentation ➢ • Install switchgears, control panels, DBs, MCCs, cable trays, and junction boxes ➢ • Perform cabling works: routing, pulling, glanding, termination, tagging & earthing ➢ • Install fire alarm systems, field instruments, and perform loop checks ➢ • Conduct testing (continuity, HV, megger) and support commissioning ➢ • Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems on site ➢ • Follow HSE standards and company compliance policies
