Experience:
Experienced heavy equipment operator with hands-on operation of Backhoe, loaders, and skid-steer loaders on construction sites in Russia (Saint Petersburg and Krasnodar Krai). Includes infrastructure projects, utility installation, roadside walkway construction, and winter snow removal.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Foreign Language and Literature: English. CEFR B2 certification in English. Strong communication skills and ability to work in English-speaking environments.
Skills:
Professional operation of heavy equipment, including backhoes, loaders, and skid-steer loaders. Key skills: equipment operation, site safety, load management, spatial awareness, terrain navigation, and preventive maintenance.
Additionally:
English and Russian: B2 (Intermediate) – Good understanding, can communicate on work-related topics.
Flexible to travel for temporary assignments. Hold a valid driver's license for heavy equipment. Seeking visa sponsorship for work in Europe.
