Additionally:
• Take ownership of the end-to-end operations function along with my team for —spanning Warehousing, Logistics, Planning & Procurement, Logistics & dispatch, customer escalation’s and Customer Support across pan India level.
• Oversee and optimize two strategically located warehouses (40,000 sq. ft. in Bhiwandi and 18,000 sq. ft. in Jamnagar), Also 2 new warehouses recently opened in Bangalore & Noida, focusing on space utilization, safety standards, and operational efficiency.
Working with dedicated team of 20 members, ensuring seamless inbound and outbound operations, including handling domestic and imported cargo.
• Guide an 8-member centralized billing team, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing with a keen focus on documentation and customer experience.
Drive the success of our e-commerce operations (B2B & B2C) across platforms like McCoy, Amazon, Flipkart, and Moglix, by enabling smooth coordination of billing, packing, and last-mile delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure prompt, accurate deliveries—both forward and reverse—while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Negotiate cost-effective logistics contracts and ensure high service standards.
• Act as a bridge between operations and internal stakeholders including Accounts (payments) & Finance (budgeting).
Partner closely with Sales teams to ensure product availability, fulfil urgent orders, and align stock planning with market demand.
• Team Leadership - Inspire, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams with empathy and clarity.
