Experience:
Work in rapid care clinics to patients, take vital
signs, and assist with all areas of patient care.
Tracking and administering medication
schedules accurately.
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and
toileting.
Planning and preparing meals, and ensuring the
patient stays hydrated.
Helping with transferring (from bed to chair) and
encouraging safe movement or exercise.
Gently guiding the patient away from confusion,
agitation, or repetitive behaviors.
Monitoring the patient to prevent accidents and
ensuring they do not wander outside
unattended.
