• Installation of Point to Point, Multi-Point & WIMAX Links.
• Configuration of any Wireless Routers, Access Points,
• Monitoring & Maintaining of Links.
• Solving related issues to the User Network.
• Diagnosing, Troubleshooting & resolving Customers issues by questing customers about the issues they are facing in a detailed fashion to understand the Nub of problems.
• Supporting the Engineering team during planning, Design, Installation, Maintenance and troubleshooting processes.
• Maintenance of office data backup in external storage.
• Repairing of equipment based on need Computers, Laptops.
• Safeguarding the IT assets in the office and stand by IT equipment including office phones by proper storage and record keeping.
• Database of users to be maintained and updated.
• Reporting - IT vertical regular reporting should be shared on time and properly Like: Monthly report, Asset details, Backup details, Antivirus, Visit information, Daily report updating.
• Training & Induction - Conduct Training for staff for the proper and effective use of hardware and software.
• Conducting training for new employees
• Any other related tasks assigned by supervisor.
• 27/7 duty and being as a Help Desk during night time.
