• DCS & PLC Support: Troubleshooting Honeywell DCS, ESD systems, using HART 475/Fluke AMS Trex Device Communicator.
• Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Leading PM jobs for analyzers, transmitters, gauges, and SIS loops through CMMS/SAP, ensuring 100% audit compliance
• HSE & Permits: Strict adherence to LOTO, hot/cold work permits, and OQ Refinery HSE procedures. Zero LTI record in my tenure
I have experience with Rosemount.Honeywell.Emerson, and ABB instruments. I am proficient with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and instrument tools. I can read P&IDs, loop diagrams, and hook-up drawings for new installations and revamps.
I am reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working 12-hr shifts, shutdowns, and call-outs. I am looking to take the next step as Senior Instrument Technician where I can mentor juniors and ensure higher accuracy in instrument reliability.
