Skills:
In the past 8 years, I have been involved in surveying aspects of highways and infrastructure design and construction. Since I worked mainly for Consultants and Contractors, my practical skills include complexity setting-outs, joint surveys, basic programming, as built surveys, quantity taking, and construction methods/activities.
Additionally:
Pre-Design survey, topography; provide field data relevant to the shape, contour, location, elevation or dimension of land for engineering, construction and other purpose. Establishing survey control points relative to project requirements, traversing, detail survey & plotting, setting out & leveling. As-built surveys and preparation of reports.
Plan, manage and monitor the implementation of correct QA/QC procedures are in place for survey section. Identifying errors and help surveyors in trouble shooting areas, ensuring zero defects in setting outs, collect and review survey data, maintenance and inspection of survey equipment and preparing and maintaining calibration schedule and records, Co-ordination and inspection with clients.
