Over and above my mechanical maintenance experience, I also have a vast knowledge off over 25 years on building/housing/property maintenance. I have been doing part time and for the last 3 years full-time projects on new projects and maintenance/repair work on plumbing, carpentry, tiling, ceilings and dry wall work, concrete and brick laying work, basic 220V electrical work, Boundary walls and fencing - bricks, wood, stone and pre-fab walls, building patios and roofing, repairing of furniture.
