I am a dedicated Nutrition Technologist with a Diploma in Nutrition and
Dietetics from Kenya Medical Training College and an ongoing Bachelor's degree at the University of
Eastern Africa Baraton, awaiting graduation (Dec 3rd , 2026).
I possess practical experience in nutrition services, laboratory instruction, and research. Most recently, I
served as a Laboratory Instructor in the Biological Sciences Department at the University of Eastern
Africa Baraton from April 2024 to November 2025, where I supported laboratory teaching activities and
assisted students in practical scientific applications. Additionally, I have gained valuable experience
through my attachment at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital and volunteer service at Jeremic
Community Hospital.
My professional competencies include nutrition assessment and counseling, nutrition intervention,
patient follow-up care, research, data analysis using SPSS, and effective communication. I am
passionate about improving health outcomes through evidence-based nutrition practices and holistic
client care.
Beyond my professional work, I actively participate in community development initiatives as a founding
member of Pambazuka Youth CBO and co-founder of Trans-Nzoia Youths County CBO, organizations
dedicated to youth empowerment, agribusiness, talent development, and support for vulnerable
populations.
