During pre-opening of Al Naseem, I have been given responsibilities of receiving room operating items and distributing appropriately every room. However, my main motive was to train and assign staff for deep cleaning all rooms with eye to details, so that to achieve the target of soft opening on time. Whereas, preparation of scope of work as per segregated sections in public areas and to train all contracted staff was highest responsibility and to attain the objective before deadline.
Reviews the skill of team leaders as per standard operating procedure, and trained them to accomplish guest satisfaction. Regularly review and monitor daily and periodical special projects for maintaining the quality as per SOP. Perhaps, keeping track of monthly profit & loss statement assuring that the purchases are maintained within allocated budget.
Since several projects are underway, so I have taken initiative to identify the requirement and contacted to suppliers, acquire quotations, and taken responsibility till the work is completed.
