My proficient skills acquired from various Human Relationship Officer related positions and executive positions held at different office held in the past 6 years, has gained me a wild range of experience:
As An Administrative/H.R Assistant in Arab Contractor AOA, were I am put in charge to see into the affairs of the entire staffs both foreign (Arab staffs) and the locals, with which I have my head in experience in good communication skills and office management, documentation and administrative efficiency, which includes, payroll, leave allowance, recruitment process and H.R guild-lines, good understanding of labor laws, using excel and spreadsheet, to proper documentation and skilled human management. while undertaking this position, due to the fact that I had over three hundred Casual staffs to oversee with other direct and indirect responsibilities alongside, I established a system of delegated duties, to the various unit leaders I created based on the individual work area and following up on hourly oral reports.
By such doing, I was able to give a daily and weekly written report to my superior and also attend to other pressing duties, as a result, there was an immediate response to rising challenges or incidence as they come. Also was able to be efficient and effective on all of my duties.
Also, my work experience as an H.R manager of a catering service which was into event and management, catering, and planning, where I learn the rudiments of meeting customer’s expectation experience, and the need for detailing. When I joined this establishment I first recognized the need for a team and was able to come up with a team of five and made the following achievements.
i. Increase publicity and awareness of service rendered by organizing programs partnering with other events...
ii. Gained customer based from tens of unit clients to over 100 clients across the county, which is over a 100% increase.
iii. Increases in staffs and revenue by a huge margin
iv. Was able to gain some important catering contracts which include influential in the society, and even events hosted by the government.
