Accounts Assistant.
Responsibilities.
• Provide support with the management of all invoices raised, ledgers and expenses.
• Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations. i.e preparing accounts and returns to statutory bodies (NHIF/PAYE/NSSF/VAT/EPZ etc).
• Provide support with maintaining and monitoring of departmental budgets
• Preparing and maintaining all financial and other progress reports
• Evaluating financial operations to recommend best-practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help the department run efficiently
• Conducting forecasting and risk analysis assessments • Provide support with the reconciliation of all accounts.
• Training communities on financial management and making the necessary payroll for all the farmers and presenting it for management approval on monthly basis.

Responsibilities.
• Assisting bank staff in Performing bank reconciliations on assigned accounts
• Assisting the bank staff in Loans processing, vetting and appraisal
• Banking of cheques received and receipted
• Archiving ad safe custody of all banks accounting documents
• Issuing of bankers cheques and ATMs to clients.
• Circulation of Finance documents to signatories for approval.
• Receipting of bank cheques, standing orders and direct debits.
• Posting both Mortgages and retail correspondence in to the system.

Treasury Office Assistant- Intern.
Responsibilities.
• Performing Cash accounts research.
• Assisting with auditor requests.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as requested
• Perform client, vendor, and financial account analysis
• Assist in preparing and managing daily corporate cash position to ensure liquidity
• Using several banking platforms and initiating bank account transactions and posting data on IFMIS.
• Assist in preparing short-term cash forecasts to support financing decision-making and prevent account overdrafts
• Assist in preparing KYC (Know-Your-Customer) and Due Diligence documentation requested by financial institutions
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations related to debt and interest expense/liability
• Analyze cash positions, bank fees, and currency exposures.
