Indian Civil Engineering Codes knowledge: I possess adequate knowledge of Indian standard Codes like I.S 1200 for the mode of measurements of building items, CPWD specification for execution of the work, I.S 456 concrete code etc. for the smooth execution of projects. Software Knowledge: I am having working knowledge of operating ERP system, MS word, Power, Excel and a basic knowledge of AutoCAD software for management presentation point of view. Framed structure and finishing knowledge of Hotel & High rise buildings ( Residential/ Commercial) In this view I have a good experience in building civil structure and its finishing with a sense of good coordination with MEP and other professionals to achieve the group decided goals as per the EPC design criteria on decided timeline, budget and have a vision to complete the project, right from the starting to end- till the delivery of the project with a view of safe working culture and QA/QC control during execution of the work. Profile Covers: My working profile covers like as an estimation, Q.S, Preparing BOQ, for the vendor with the help of DSR or by referring to the Schedule of rates and liaison with Project related Stakeholders and execution of the building project. My present designation is Project Manager Civil. Commercial Aspects: I cover in this part liaising with Govt. Department, International landscape consultant, Architect, Structure consultant, stake holders, financial department, purchase department etc. presentation on PPT related to Building progress, Bar chart on excel, Budget preparation, cost compilation and cash flow diagram etc. Reduce cost methodology, qualitative methodology, Resource allocation as per site activities.
