Responsibilities undertaken:
Developing detailed and cost-loaded master programs for the project (Primavera P6)
Creating Work Break Down Structures (WBS) suitable to the project.
Creating activity networks and schedules to develop baseline project program.
Resource planning, allocation, cost loading to develop the cost loaded project program.
Generating critical path, monitoring critical activities, and updating project management.
Generating weekly/monthly cash projection and resources histograms.
Tracking and coordination of projects progress to ensure that the project milestones and targets are achieved, and projects are within the budget.
Identifying risks, areas of delay beforehand and suggesting mitigation measures.
Reviewing and analyzing of drawings, schedules, specifications, and work programs.

Checking and certifying interim payment applications.
Checking personnel, equipment, and material costs for all variations.
Maintaining records of test-reports, two-week schedules, and progress reports submitted by the contractors.

Responsibilities undertaken:
Daily management of the site (Civil, MEP, and Fit-out works), including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of subcontractors.
Planning and updating project schedules using MS Project and Primavera P6.
Monitoring and interpreting the design drawings and instructions.
Liaising with sub-contractors, project team, consultant, client, and the management.
Planning the work and organizing the site facilities to meet agreed deadlines.
Preparing two-weeks schedules and directing the construction accordingly.

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Civil, MEP, and Fit-out work, project management, project monitoring, contract management, cost control, bills of quantities and tender documentation, tendering, procurement, and contract documentation.
Familiarity with standard forms of contract and methods of measurements.
Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Professional use of AutoCAD, Civil3D, SAP 2000, ETABS.
Professional use of Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 for planning and management of projects.
Strong in planning and strategizing.
Excellent interpersonal communicating, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
