Special Accomplishments:
Acted as a liaison between clients and my respective company, dealt with Government Officials or Government Designated Authority (GDA), ensured mandated requirements and prerequisites are ready and in line with stipulated law and standards. Provided a plan; technical plans and standard requirement submittals to suit and fulfil client requirements, and troubleshoot and solve all projects issues that have been raised or noticed, and ensure all observed are had been mended and controlled as per plan As Low as Reasonably Practicable, which prevented from citation and issuing NCR from the Govt.
Contributed in solving a homicide case: Through technical, extensive Investigation and fact findings: A case from one of the projects filed by Ministry of Health-OSH, regarding alleged Occupational Incident, however my report contributed proved Homicide and relieved my company from legal prosecutions.
Recommendation adopted by the management; amendments, composition and provision of strategic particular requirements that had not been practiced before and become effective along with the operation, to wit;
• The projects required Plans e.g., APP, EPP, Fall Protection, Load Handling Equipment Lifting, Fire/Emergency Prevention, Traffic Control Management, Facility Provision Plan, Security Access Ctrl.
• Elevation and Shaft Permit - Communication for Managers until the ranking file
• Committee Meeting – Secretariat by yours truly / Supervisors Meeting - Engineers & Supervisors
