• Responsible for mobilization & demobilization of manpower & tracking of Project Manpower. • Arranging employee’s accommodation and tracking of the same. • Responsible for implementing policy and procedure related to ordering and controlling stationery. Timely procurement and distribution of stationery • Identifying and negotiating with stationery suppliers/printers • Estimating demand and development plan for timely procurement of stationery. Sending monthly leave record of employees to HR prior to payroll process
