Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving deliveries from warehouse.
All receiving process like Transfer In / Out, Return to Warehouse, Customer Returns (Receiving, transferring and packing Furniture’s)
Participating in Annual stock count and helping floor team to minimize stock discrepancy/loss.
Uploading item list in PPC for retagging barcodes.
Making return and transfers in PPC.
FOHD logging, follow ups and reports -- (For damages, short & extra, barcode
swapping, no barcode, no security tags, season issue etc.) Defected goods to be
sent back to repair section for minor customizations.
Checking barcodes as per their unit of measurements.
Coordinating between front office & back office.
Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports to be prepared and submitted.
Stock taking weekly, quarterly and yearly.
Performing internal audit every month.
Preparing and updating reports on Damages found upon return of stock, necessary
adjustments done in the system & update on other reporting tools.
Provide assistance to the store staff on any movement of goods/podiums from one
location to another.
Maintain professional standards of grooming in order to uphold the image of
brand
Adherence to work standards/operating standards (e.g. hygiene, cleanliness,
discipline etc.)
Timely completion/achievement of assigned work/targets.
Customer satisfaction/feedback (internal/external)
Sale support during sale hours taking care of customer satisfaction.
Ordering POS material.
Helping Marketing Department for fashion show/Home store events.
Skills:
Computer Hardware and Software
Proficient in MS Office Applications such as WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT
Effective Communication Skills (Excellent in English)
Well educated in Customer Service
Managerial/Leadership skills
Can Handle Social Relations
Can work on Flexible Time set by various Institutions
Ability to operate effectively with people at all levels of the business
Expert WMS,SIM (ORACLE) , Micro Strategy
