Experience:
I have been working in the Mechanical Engineering sector since August 2008. I had started as a Site Engineer under Zacklim Group Sdn Bhd. I was responsible for the development of the airport apron at Senai Airport, Johor.
Then, I moved to another company in August 2011 and worked as a CAD Engineer under EMEC Enterprise Sdn Bhd. Mostly, I had used CAD software such as Solidworks and Autocad in the process of machine development.
After that, in August 2012, I have been worked at Azman Hamzah Plastik Sdn Bhd (AHP). AHP is specializing in precision plastic injection moulding and components aasembly for the automotive industry. Most of AHP's customer from Proton and Perodua. But the biggest customer is Toyota ASSB. It was a good experience because I was involved in the development of Toyota Vios. I had the background with ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 while working under AHP.
A year later, I got an offer from Srijanis Sdn Bhd to set up the new plant at Gebeng, Pahang. There are two different plants; bitumen in the non-stick bags and bitumen cold premix. I was involved in setting up all the machinery starting from zero until the commisioning process, then to the mass production. In addition, I managed to get the Green 5S Certification from SIRIM and gladly we were successful in getting the 4WRD Grant by MITI.
On February 2022, I got an offer from Biofact Life Sdn Bhd which is situated in Muar, Johor. Biofact Life Sdn Bhd is one of the largest herbal healthcare product distributors in Malaysia and has an outstanding track record in offering OEM services.
As of now, I am working in HMT Trade & Recources (M) Sdn Bhd as a Production and Process Engineer. This company supplies paper food packaging, lunch box and paper printing products.
