Electrical And Electronics Engineer

• In-charge of all aspects of electrical engineering in the design of electrical power distribution system, switchboard, MCC and control. • Electrical control circuit designed & built control panels using AC & DC drives, PLCs, etc. • Ensure 100% compliance with SS 638 & SS 650. • In charge of all E&I Equipment's Installation, commissioning and testing. • Calibration of instrumentation such as pressure, flow, level, temperature transmitter, Gas Detector and online Analyzers in the plant. • Electrical Inspection with a Thermal Imaging on DB, MCC & Control Panel . • Ensure 100% Compliance with Lightning Protection System SS 555 • Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and replacement. • Evaluate running parameters and troubleshoot control system problems. • Lead in the investigation/ troubleshoot of instrument fault or failure and provide effective and variable corrective and preventive action. • Ensure right data collection for each equipment & input to maintenance management system for ongoing analysis in order to keep plant equipment reliable. • Utilize and ensure effective performance of in-house & contracted maintenance resources to carry out work in a safe manner & minimize equipment downtime. • Engineering support from pre tender to closing the project execution and discussion. • Provide technical support to project team in the selection of equipment for the project. • Systems design and selection of equipment instrumentation and controls. • Responsible for Single Line Drawing, Control Schematic drawings.. • Preparation of tender activities. • Define specifications and scope of work to contractors. • Responsible for successful delivery of assigned projects. • Report to the Project Manager/ Project Director of the assigned projects. • Involve in technical discussion, progress meeting with Contractors. • Manage the site project and facilitate their ability to complete the project on time. • Supervise workers and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in good quality. • Project Management to achieve smooth project implementation and completion. • Lead Testing and Commissioning of project and conduct training to Operators after completion of project. • Assist the Safety Coordinator/ Safety Office In charge of the Project Safety System planning, assessment and implementation. • Ensure safe working environment by adhering to the safety norms. • Ensure to maintain the annual consumption of spare parts as per the target. • Ensure 100% compliance for preventive maintenance schedule.
