Greeting patients when they enter the hospital. • Help the patients fill out necessary forms and applications for their treatment. • Gather billing or insurance information from the patient. • Responsible for creating invoices and credit memos, updating customer files, and sending invoices and payment reminders to customers. • Organizing patient medical costs and sending invoices to collect payment from patients and their insurers.
